It's Going to be a Very Good Year on 30A



It may have been a cool winter, but real estate was heating up down here! The real estate stats for the first quarter on 30A look very promising. In fact, a snap shot of sales for February 2017 looks very good indeed!
The Top Selling 30A Communities are:
1.     Watercolor
2.     Seacrest Beach
3.     Rosemary Beach
4.     Seagrove Beach
5.     Watersound
The average sales price on the West side of 30A was $691,933, and the average sales price on the East side was $1,084,659. Average days on market - 30A West came in at around 180 days, while 30A East averaged a little less at 125 days.
And based on February of last year (2016), the number of pending sales was up a whopping 27%. Inventory was up 2.4%, and the median sales price was also up 2.4%.
