New Website Launch!

I’m excited to announce the launch of my new website, offering you complete access to all the listings on the entire Emerald Coast MLS! You can perform broad searches based on criteria such as zip code or price point, or target a very specific neighborhood, such as Seaside or Grayton Beach, without pulling in the entire zip code for that community. So, if you are looking for homes just in Watercolor you can pull up all the listings just in Watercolor! You can also save these searches or specific properties as favorites. And you can set up alerts to notify you of price drops for properties you’re following, or when new properties come to market. And you can do all this at blazing fast speeds, both on your desktop and mobile device!

If you’re thinking about selling or curious as to your current property value, you can obtain an on-the-spot valuation of your home, as well as sign up for valuations to be delivered by email each month. You can also look at other properties in your neighborhood or close by to see how your valuation compares.

You’ll have access to my blog, which contains valuable information on real estate market conditions, stats on interest rates which affect what you can buy, plus news on upcoming events, new restaurants and retail shops, and general news and information about what’s going on around 30A.

And if that’s not enough, you can download my Millions Mapped mobile application, which is linked to my site and provides access to listings for the entire Emerald Coast. This great app will allow you to search for specific properties and updates while you’re driving along 30A! Unlike many brokerage-based apps, my app will work regardless of your location. So if you’re back at home in Atlanta, Nashville, Birmingham, or wherever you call home, the app will find properties in your immediate vicinity. And did I mention it’s really fast? Just text “robin” to 404-341-4146 and I’ll text you the app!

We will be constantly updating my site and offering many more features soon. Access is simple – just go to www.robinknows30a.com. You’ll be asked for your email address and cell phone number so that we can save your specific listings, favorites, and home valuation information, then you can start exploring!
