May has come and gone and the sales volume along 30A has increased significantly from last month, Volume on 30A East in April was just under $100,000,000; this month we're over $175,000,000. And volume on 30A West more than doubled from April to May. Inventory is also down slightly once again, so if you've been considering selling your home, now would be a great time to put it on the market.
