Grove By The Sea is a “Must See” on Scenic 30A

Grove By the Sea is a hidden community located directly off 30A. This classic Seagrove Beach neighborhood is well-established, featuring only 100 home sites located on private wooded lots. The community name celebrates the magnolias and pines that flourish along our wonderful gulf coastline.

With a solid mix of full-time, second home owners, and a few rentals mixed in, Grove By the Sea strikes a perfect balance between feeling natural and untouched, yet well-maintained and loved. This cultivates a strong sense of community, so whether you are out walking the dog, exercising, or taking in the sunset at the beach walk over, you will always be greeted by smiling neighbors you know.

The community has 2 pools, tennis courts, is an easy stroll to public beach access, and the popular community of Seaside is just a mile away. Grove By the Sea offers all you could want on 30A – a great location along with the serenity and privacy that’s often hard to find come the heat of summer. It truly is the kind of place you can stay for a few weeks, a few months, or a lifetime!

If you are looking to buy a beach home that is unique and special in the 30A area – Grove By the Sea is well worth a look.

What Makes Watercolor So Unique?

In a word – nature. WaterColor is a vibrant beach resort and residential community rich in natural beauty. Nestled between the beautiful beaches of Scenic Highway 30A and the 220-acre coastal dune lake known as Western Lake, many think that WaterColor's greatest feature is provided by Mother Nature. But if you’re looking for more, there’s a diverse collection of award-winning amenities, activities and events to enjoy all year long.

There’s no better place to spend your day hard at play. Explore the miles and miles of hiking and biking trails, play a round of tennis, launch a stand-up paddle board or kayak from the boathouse and explore Western Lake, or paddle to the gulf. Or if relaxing is your thing, stop in at the Beach Club, chill on the beach, go for a swim in the gulf, then take a break for lunch or happy hour. Later in the evening you can take in the sunset and a wonderful gourmet meal at Fish Out of Water. And best of all, you never have to worry about the kids because Camp WaterColor will keep them engaged in adventures and activities all day long.

One visit and you will see WaterColor is truly a special place on scenic 30A – a place where the entire family can relax and do it all or simply do nothing at all.  So plan to come soon, and if you stop in at Wine World for a bite, my Premier Property Group office is right across the street, so please stop in and say hello!
