New Developments In and Around 30A
Greetings from the
beach! While I
generally provide you with sales statistics on our market (which by the way is
still continuing to trend upward) I decided to switch it up a bit and update
you on some new real estate projects in our area. Nothing signals an improving
and strengthening real estate market like new construction! Along 30A, Miramar
Beach and Destin we have several new developments springing to life.
Prominence – owned by Emerald
Homes this town is on the North and South sides of 30A nestled between Camp
Creek and Seagrove. This project has both a residential component totaling 577
residences and a commercial component totaling 3 acres and 30,000 square feet.
Prominence is
divided into four phases which includes row-style townhomes, single family
residences and triplexes. Entry price point for the triplexes is the low $300s.
Chateau 30A - a 28 residence
luxury condominium in Seagrove Beach directly on the north side of 30A
developed by St. Joe. The units range in size from 1,800 to 1,960 square feet
and are 3 bedrooms and 3 and a half baths. Preconstruction pricing starts at

Watersound Origins – a St. Joe
community located north of 98 nestled along Lake Powell, one of Florida’s

family homes are available starting at $392,000 for a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1,750

Alerio – will be located
on Old Highway 98 in Miramar Beach comprised of five four story buildings. The
units are 2 and 3 bedrooms with an on-site check-in office for owners and
guests. Located directly across the street from the beach. 2 bedrooms are 977
square feet and 3 bedrooms are 1,304. Pre-construction prices range from
$219,000 to $339,000.
1900 Ninety Eight – Destin’s first
Gulf front condominium developed in six years. The building will have fourteen
3 bedroom 3 bath units and two 2 level 4 bedroom 4 bath penthouses. Each
exquisitely designed luxury unit features panoramic views of the Gulf of
Mexico. Current pricing is from $1,300,000 to $2,995,000.
